Be a part of the movement that breaks down societies ideals around how you should express yourself. Gender is a social construct that has conditioned us into believing that your outside appearance dictates who you are on the inside, which couldn’t be further from the truth, so join me as we shatter the glass of oppression expressing ourselves however we want.
2022 was a year of taking chances and being daring and I applied that to the many artistic ideas I had racing through my mind so, I’m going to share some of that art with you.
Come along with me on this journey as I explore the explosion of pigments from every artist dreams. Hues of blues, greens, pinks, and purples dance together like a perfectly choreographed ensemble.

Tips to help improve the health of your skin
- Wear sunscreen – weather it is summer/winter, day or night the suns rays can be harmful to your skin, so give it that extra layer of protection.
- Stay away from fried or greasy foods – whatever you put in is what will come out through your pores.
- Moisturize day and night – your skin is a living organ that needs hydration; remember our bodies are 2/3 water.
- Drink plenty of water – Like I said, our bodies are made up of 2/3 of water, so in order for your skin to stay firm, clear and supple, it needs plenty of water to do so along with a healthy diet, plenty of rest and exercise.

If you’ve ever been on the receiving end of someone’s negative feelings towards you, then you know the feeling of being singled out or made to feel inadequate for someone else’s standards. Inside you may feel hurt, angry or even want to cry because let’s face it we’re human, we have feelings and emotions that can be hurt especially from those closest to us.
So, what do you do? Do we continue to allow ourselves to be torn apart piece by piece until there’s nothing left? or do we find the confidence within ourselves to know that we are good enough. We are smart enough! We are strong enough! We are “real” enough! We are beautiful enough! YOU ARE ENOUGH! We can’t let someone else’s ideologies dictate who we are, when in most cases the person throwing the daggers are dealing with their own internal battles that are causing them to release on you.
Start building back up what past traumas have torn down by speaking positivity into the universe with self-affirmations and the universe will speak back. Tell yourself how beautiful you are and that no one can tell you differently. Remind yourself that you didn’t make it to where you are right now because you’re weak, you did it because you wanted it, and nothing was going to stop you remember that. You are worthy of occupying the same spaces as everyone else so move right in and get comfortable. Allow yourself to feel good again slowly releasing the toxic energies causing you to feel bad.
