Just harvested some rainbow Swiss chard for a salad to go with many spaghetti. I typically each chard in two ways:
I sautee it with olive oil and fresh garlic. Seasoned with black pepper, sea salt and crushed red pepper.
I also eat it fresh as a salad with; tuna, cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, pepper, minced garlic, and a strawberry vinaigrette.
